Property Surveys

I want to find out where my lot or parcels boundary lines are.
I want to split my property into multiple properties.
I want to redraw my current property lines.
I want to settle once and for all whose fence that is.
I'm not sure, I'd like to talk to someone.

Topography

I'm building a new house and I need a grading plan.
I'm starting a new commercial project and I need a grading plan.
I need to run a water or sewer line to my new house or commercial project.
I want to improve the road to my home or commercial project.
I'm starting a new residential or commercial project and I need just about everything.

Construction

I have my project's plans I just need someone to show me where it all really goes.
I don't have any plans yet but I know what I want to build.
My architect told me to contact an engineering firm to get the rest of what I need.
I've been through all of this before, I just need some stakes!
I'm not sure what I need yet, I'd like to talk to someone and get the ball rolling.

Hydrology and Certifications

I need to get or renew my flood insurance. I'm told that I need a FEMA certification.
For my project, the City or County wants a drainage study.
My new project requires a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Does Cubit do those?
I'm in the process of building a new home or commercial building and I need to obtain a rough or final grade certification.
