Sometimes, there are a lot of alternate solutions to the task at hand and our seasoned engineering staff can help you find the right one. ...The next step is to have one of our Survey crews head out to your project site and collect all of the boundary control and topographical information unique to your site. Once this step is complete, our surveyors then hand the information over to our engineers and your project can begin to take shape.

...Next, working closely with our engineering team, our planning department will design and draw a set of plans or blueprints that will be used to build your improvements. This set of plans will then be submitted to the City or County planning department for approval. Once the approval process in complete and all permits are in place, you are ready to start building.

...When you are ready to break ground on your improvement, one of our survey crews will be scheduled to again visit your site to layout your improvements for construction. They will tell your contractor where exactly it all goes both horizontally and vertically as well as assist him/her with any questions they may have regarding your project in an effort to complete your project as quickly as possible and eliminate any costly errors.
