Residential Grading Plans
... Getting a
grading plan is the first step in the process of building a new home. The purpose of a grading plan is to transform your vacant land into a suitable, functional and stable platform for your new house. Not only does it provide a well engineered pad on which your house will be built, but it also serves to redesign the surrounding land taking into account, proper drainage, stability and functionality.

.How it works...
...What we will need from you to get started, will be an Assessors Parcel Number or "(APN)" for short, or a Lot and Tract number if you prefer. After we receive this information we can make a more informed assessment of your particular properties requirements and thus give you a more accurate proposal of costs and necessary procedures. Next, one of our well trained survey crews will visit your property and collect the necessary topographical and boundary control information we will need to start engineering your new site. After our Engineering and Design department has completed your plans, they will be sent to your City or County planning department for review and approval. Once that is done you will be ready to start building your new home!
